How refreshing it is to wake up and read the results early the next morning. I wish all pool happenings had the ability to provide the results to the fourth estate, such as AzBilliards, Billiards Digest, InsidePOOl, and all the rest of the pool-related media.

At the time of this writing, I'm not sure what happened at the Emerald's tournament in New Iberia, Louisiana, but maybe somebody will post the results of the ring game and all the other tournament happenings. What a shame that these results aren't available.

Shane just might have to be the Player of 2011 the way he's hitting 'em.

I picked Dechaine to win and Darren to come in second. Do I at least win a free shaft??? :)

I had SVB as my winner by 2 (11-9) and was split between Parica, Pagulayan or Appleton for 2nd. I ended up picking Parica...

I'm not sure what all the entries are, but if nobody else has Appleton as runner-up, you're still in the running to win the prize of the cue by Cuesights and Fury Cues.

For those who aren't aware of the contest, here's the thread describing it: Who will win the Seminoles event?

Shane is a pleasure to have in the game.
He takes his job & the continued cultivation of his talent very seriously, and manages to do so without taking himself too seriously.
Understandably confident, but duly respectful.

Well, you did better than I did, because I did not enter. :frown:

It will be interesting to see who wins. I wonder... :woot:

I had Shane winning the finals by a score of 11-6 but over Alex instead of Darren.

Hope I'm in the drawing if no one got it correct.
