There has been some talk of Shane's aiming method. My buddy Elvicash reminded me that we had video of Shane giving a lesson at Derby last year.

I never watched it but Dana says he talks about his aiming system here.

Dennis, thanks for sharing this with us.

Although Shane had a little difficulty explaining his method in the beginning, I have seen this system many times before. Shane makes sense to me.

I like aiming with my shaft. It just makes sense to me.

There is a system called "left is left & right is right". This is close to Shane's method.

My attempt to simplify...aim with the left side of your shaft if it's a left cut, the right side of your shaft for a right cut...

now if only my old eyes would cooperate...
