Shane vs. Fedor

Can't figure out why 120 has become a thing, though. You'd think 100 would be enough!
IIRC, they added more on the end in one of the big ones because it was too close and neither wanted t coming down to one rack for the $$$.
Was it the Chang match? Doh...

They added more in the race to 120 because Chang was supposed to lose to SVB by more than 8.5 games, but Chang accidentally got to 115

After the extension, the final score for that set was 155-139 in favor of SVB

Did Sky beat Shane in the last Bar Box Battle? I remember him being up but can't remember the outcome.
Sky played two lengthy 10-Ball challenge matches on 7-footers in 2021.

The first one was in April, and he beat Orcollo 150-145.

The second one was in July against SVB. Sky started the match with a 7-pack and still led by 7 after the first day. On Day 2 Sky got his lead up to 72-60, broke dry, and SVB then won 26 games in a row (20 by B&R). SVB never trailed again, clobbered Sky 50-25 on Day 3, and won the match 150-114.

That's killer bar table pool right there.

So SVB and Fedor are matching up on the table while Mars and Sword are matching up wallets.
I didn’t know anything about his backer/podcast co-host, Jason, so I googled him. The only thing that came up was that he was fired from his company for giving away privileged information so maybe Fedor really is footing the bill on this one.

When you watch a movie there are, or should be, multiple plots - bad guy kills good guy (maybe I watch different movies than most :)) - i.e main characters, but there's always a back story to both main characters. There are people who like the good guy and people who like the bad guy and people who only care about the back story. In this situation there are no bad guy's, only main characters with backers. If you're a main character guy than the backers don't matter, if you're a backstory guy then the backers matter. To me, I'm mostly interested in the main characters but find the backstories fun and interesting but won't consider them when watching the main characters.

To each their own.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow via eventbrite.
Anyone have any knowledge of what these seats mean?

Is the "Front row elevated" the round 4 tops that you sit in high chairs?

Do the "Front row" seats have a table in front of them, or just chairs on the sidelines with nowhere to put food/drinks?

Are the "Table group" the tables with chairs immediately surrounding the pool table?

Agreed. Even if they are only playing for the jelly that would come from their backers and each are getting a piece of the pay per view, they'll likely give a full effort, which should make the match worth watching.

For me personally, I've never enjoyed these long races and I think they test things other than pool excellence, but for those who enjoy these marathons, it should be a treat.

May the best man win!
Yeah, but it will probably be the youngest man who wins. 120 is a freaking marathon.

Which makes it rarer.

Wait a tick! Never an 8-pack in challenge matches vs one 8-pack in tournament matches. Don’t we have to wait for one in challenge matches to know for sure?
