Shannon has been making a similar callout for at least 15 years. I heard from his own mouth at the Expo in Philly years ago that he had a standing offer to play anyone in the world an all around (9 ball, banks, one pocket) except Efren, for 50k.

This latest woofing sounds like a slight modification of that, now that he is not in top competition form.
