Sharking or not Sharking?

Why would he need to freeze a player that just miscued? Generally you slow down the pace or put the freeze on someone who is on fire and free stroking, not miscuing.

I disagree. I think player B could have been correct. Scooping the ball with the cue is a foul if it jumps up, so I don't see why he doesn't have a right to clarification. If he was purposefully prolonging the discussion then it would have been sharking, but it sounds like their could have been legitimate reason to question things, or at least that he thought he did.

How in the **** can you scoop a ball when using a bridge? you have to have a very low, level cue to scoopit, not hitting down on it from a bridge?

Was there an open table nearby? Set up the exact same shot he is on and practice it 20 times while "player B" is arguing with the league official. Or pull some balls out of the pocket on your table and hit them while B argues.

Use it to your benefit.

That's actually a foul in BCA, abaha

It doesn’t sound like sharking to me.. the other player didn’t have to wait that long. He could have begun shooting the instant the decision was made.

I'd still do it because I'm a super badass.

I played on a team in a league once where we sharked our own teammates just for fun. If you aren't having fun in a banger league then you are doing it wrong.

That middle notch is pretty low. It's awesome for draw shots, and I've hopped the cue ball using it stretched out before.
