Couldn't find video of it but I think it's the grip Niels feijen uses, and a lot of other pros, I have been expirimenting with different grips and I'm gonna try this one out today.

I will let "the meat come out" at home while practicing but thats kind of a no fly zone when Im out in public. My wife wouldnt talk to me for at least a month if I did that.

Teaching tigers to swim? As an occasional swimmer, I'm not sure I like that. Anyway, that looks more like meat about to go in.

I believe Sumatra Tigers in India swim frequently. They live in the Mangrove swamps. There are tales of locals being removed from boats to never be heard from again.

I'm not sure I really understand what the OP is describing, but if he means holding the cue so it flexes your hand muscles on the follow through I think you'd be holding the cue too tight.
