I think for the money that is charged for a custom cue, it is only fair to expect that the end product holds up under normal use. If a wood species or construction method is prone to warpage due to climate change or other conditions, these facts should be pointed out to the potential new owner before money changes hands. How would the cuemaker feel when he goes to cash a check that only half of the funds are there???
