Should Cuemaker offer free repair on their own cue when the forearm broke in half?

Yes i agree. And after thinking about it i told him to pay when it was finished. That was about five minutes before he started this pole.

Also, in my opinion, the forearm wood isnt highly figured and didnt need coring.

Without knowing the whole story I would guess the cue was fractured because of a not so normal shot and then broken because of the normal shot. If it was because of a normal shot that cue would have played horrible for the two years you had it.
