Should We Have a Pool Video Section?

I am curious as to what you guys think,I know I post alot of pool video links and others do also,they get lost it seems as we post alot in the main forum.I was thinking it would be cool to have a Video forum when all post are just Video links.Would be pretty cool I would think.I know we have alot of forums here and some have not been posted in for a long time and should be replaced or deleted,make your vote.

There is a streaming video section in this forum,, would that be the same thing.

No,that is for the live streams,not Videos.What call are you talking about? :smile:

I like that idea. When I am bored at work I sometimes find myself clicking around youtube for vids I havent seen. Would be nice to have a collection in one place on this board.

Yes, they are typically posted in the Action room or the main forum. Lenny, I would like to commend you on all your efforts of posting vids, streaming events in AZ and your website. Might I add that I am a little jealous as I used to live in Tucson, now in CT, and man I miss the pool scene in AZ. Your efforts are appreciated.

That sounds like a very good idea, but most people would still probablly post their videos in the main forum.

Poolvids.com has this. Just integrate them into the forum. That's the move - why reinvent the wheel.

Most people are uploading through youtube and google,also veoh is seeming to be good also.If we have a forum we can just post the video links there and titles.I just dont see how poolvids.com will work with what we are trying to do as they have mostly user uploads of home made videos,not pool matches.There is alot of good pool videos of the pros in high quality out there for free,people seem to have trouble finding them. :smile:

Thanks and my buddy Dave moved from here to Ohio and is looking to come back already,the pool scene is not as good as here.
