This one man is doing so much for our sport that I feel he must be recognized. On his own he has developed the best Junior Pool Tour (JIC) we've ever had in this country. I'm a huge fan of Ra. In fact, I think my all-time favorite pool photo is this one. Chang Jung-lin wins the 2015 International Open, and Ra Hannah is holding the mic. Both men cannot contain their joy and excitement. It is beautiful!
