I am a HUGE fan of Tim and Mike's work, as that is all I will play with. And I love to see all the cues out there that people have. So show me what you got!!! These are the best cues out there for their playability, designs and overall performance. There MAY be a better cue out there but I havent shot with one yet. Here is mine now let me see yours!!!

Tim Scruggs

This cue was made on 11/24/1992 with four 14kt. gold inlays in the butt sleeve & one in the pin joint protector. Tim does not make many CNC cues. It's got a SS joint that I think next year I'll send it to Tim and have him put a solid Ivory joint on the cue.

this cue was featured in the march 2006 issue of inside pool magazine's article on tim scruggs. is is definitely one of the top cues ever to come out of the scruggs shop.

Here's mine:
TS_Butt.jpgTS Point.jpg

TS Ring Detail 082706.jpgTS_Butt_And_Shafts.jpg

The forearm is Birdseye Maple with 4 Ebony points. Each point has 4 veneers (Dark Purple, Maple, Dark Purple, Black in to out) and contains an Ivory bordered Abalone diamond inlay.

The butt section is ebony with inlays of of Ivory Figure Eights interlocked with Ivory bordered Abalone diamonds. Silver, Ivory, & Purple veneer ringwork at A, B, C, D & E.

Tim said he got the idea for the design on the butt from a Celtic ring that a customer wore into his shop one day.

Here's a few More

Here's a few more pics for your perusal.....TS makes an exceptional playing cue -- easy on the eyes too! ;)

Jesus Christ! How much for the case? That is super sweet! Both the cues you have pictured are really gorgeous too. I hope to get a MC cue sometime in the future. Nice guy to boot.

Hehe... I started the same exact thread a couple months ago, but it looks like a few more interesting cues have appeared since then. Here are pics of my weapons which I'm sure some have seen before. Enjoy!

Buffalofloyd,

I love your TS collection. I especially like the bem forearm with the green stain. I have to tell you, at first I hated the cue because of the color. But the fact that it's made by Scruggs now I really love it. I think that is sneakier than a sneaky pete because it doesn't look like an expensive cue. Anyway, great collection.
