Here is my carom table, which I built using a SAM frame, Verhoeven slates, and rails I made in my shop. It is a 9' table to fit my room, unheated, but plays very well as temp/humidity are regulated.

lights

fasteddief
where did you get that light for your gabriels and how much do they run, im estimating a pretty penny
I bought it from Diamond Pool Tables, I think they stop making the big set but they make a smaller set for about 850.00 and I have it on my pool table set-up The bigger set cost around 1250.00 hard to get now unless a pool room goes out of business, Florida and Chicago 2 poolrooms went out of business and they are trying to sell the tables and lights as a package.

Nothing fancy... Just an old Sport King. Been in storage for a couple of years and finally found a place to set it up. Now I don't have to drive 80 miles one way to play!

If you're interested.

Brunswick Medalist

Here's my "baby" - 1920's era Brunswick Medalist, rebuilt rails to take Kleber rubber from Verhoeven; added nichrome wire heat, 500 watts, very similar to Verhoeven heat box construction. I stripped and refinished the table about 10 years ago, a labor of love, then 'rebuilt it' to play like a European table. Added strip lights to highlight the walnut flame burl on the sides.

Love the table. Real pretty, and plays well. Came out great.

Wow! you did a great job w/this table.

Does my incarnation to a barbox from a 10ft. carom exclude me from participating? I will have another 3c table in there at sometime.
