Has anyone had any recent contact with these folks in the Ukraine?

I paid $130 for the cue and to have a radial pin placed on it. All I’ve got from them on January 3rd this year is “yes, your cue is in the process”. That was on Facebook. Didn’t receive any emails back since the initial email strings back in September 2024.
