Sigel Varner cue

Not to hurt your feelings Johnny but I hope you didn't put too much into it. If I recall correctly these are just real inexpensive import cues.
Hi, I know it's an import, along with 95% of what's being made today. Nothing really wrong with that. But the detail makes this a high end of whatever series they offered, and I don't think either 1 of those guys, at the time, would have put their name on a pos. No, I don't have much in it. Just thought it to be fairly unique, in that there can't be too many around. More or less, I wasn't looking for an appraisal, just some info on the partnership, age, etc.
That is where I was going with it. It just looks like a very interesting cue, and I had not seen this model before. And I tend to agree with your assessment. Thanks
And they pronounce that brand Siger-Varneyyy in China.
The first time I had heard of these cues was from an Accu-stats match in 1989 at the memphis open in where Nick was in the booth. Nick had stated that he and mike were working on launching a new line of their own name. I have no idea when they actually went into production.
Sounds about right. Sigel started his own line around '94, and Varner around '99. My guess is that this cue line was started prior to '94. I also believe this cue shown to be better than a cheap import piece. I know that Sigel's cues are well made, as are Nick's higher end models. Anyone who could date this, or provide more info would be appreciated. No info available on web search.
