No one ever said he didn't help start the IPT or had something to do with it. We are greatful that he started it, and that it is becomming popular. It is nothing short of great for our sport.
I just think he needs to learn to keep some of his comments to himself, (If he thinks women are weak players why announce it to everyone?) and I am always happy to see someone's comments bite them in the ass!!!!
This thread was only started cause we thought it was funny he got beat by a girl after saying that they are weak players. No one ever said he hasn't contributed to pool the last 40 years!!!! So why get your feelings hurt over us thinking it is funny he lost to a girl?

blanks and zeros
More "blanks and zeros" come out of the wood work each day. We call them BLANKS or ZEROS here in Texas.
They have tunnel vision. They can only complain, and not do any good for our sport that so many of us love.
It's easy for them to sit and bash him, me, you or whoever, from behind the key board.
They pull down our sport, instead of adding possitive work to it.
Mike and Kevin go back a long way. Both of these folks are personal friends. I've known Mike for 30 plus years, and Kevin about 20, both have my blessings, for what they have done.
What have the complainers done other than complain?

Parity has disappeared???? In case you guys arent keeping track, the women are getting dominated. I mean Dominated! All this tour has done is prove once and for all the women simply cannot hang with the top men, PERIOD! No women will ever make it to the final six of an IPT event.
Mike has done more for pool than anyone in the last 40+ years.
Mike's mouth is often entertaining and sometimes obnoxious and is making some pool players rich and possibly quite a few others on the path to fame and fortune.
Mike has my respect and gratitude for making the IPT possible.

Well no body in here has said that Mike isn't a great player. I personally would get my butt whooped if I ever got on the table with him.
However, if your going to talk about how weak women are then I find it extremely funny that person gets beat by a woman.
I mean I always find it funny when someone runs their mouth and then has to eat crow. I think that is all anyone in the thread was laughing at.
I don't think anyone would bash Mike for being a bad player cause that would be stupid. He is a great player, hell all the people in the IPT are great players. I just think it is extremely funny he got beat by the "weaker player" according to him that is!
