.Order silver and punch from jewelry supply and make your own. You can get disk or sheets as they sell both in several sizes. They will even buy back the scrap.

Easiest to find a local machine shop and have them make you batches. Better to find a small cnc metal shop that specializes in small part cutting as they will save you money buy buying batches. Their are even a few on ebay that do this and offer great deals.
