Chip-In is no good....

I attempted to make payment with your method and was unsucessful.

That middle-man web site (chip-in) has screwed everything up on me. I am paying from PayPal balance and it wants my credit card number too?

Please send me your PayPal adress and I wil send you a payment the old-fashioned way.

No worries - If anyone else has a problem with ChipIn you can paypal $12.50 the old way to

I reviewed the ChipIn page link and there are 2 things to do -
a. You have to enter the amount of $12.50 at the top of the page
b. Fill in your paypal login information and click Log In

If you have a paypal account then you should not need to enter any credit/debit card info unless what you have on file with paypal is expired. If you have a paypal balance it should just debit the balance.

Exactly. The card is not expired...

If you have a paypal balance it should just debit the balance.

I know. I was expecting it to be simple. I was even considering using that service for my auctions, but no way after what just happened to me!

Never used ChipIn before and it worked for the first 3 payments on this.
I did have a problem with paypal today as they were not showing any account history at all
so I called them and got some offshore person that stated they were having technical problems.
Could be a 3rd party (ChipIn) glitch maybe. Obviously the regular send money method works fine.

Yeah, sometimes the 'security' gets to be a bit overbearing...

I didn't mention it in post #1 but this is an AZB Member Only raffle
which I think is standard procedure anyway.
