Simonis Videos

I've also watched them. They are definitely for mechanics who have already covered tables. The techniques in the video show how to PROPERLY install Simonis so you don't have wrinkles, puckers, stretch shadows, etc. There is some very good info in the videos, and definitely a must-have for anyone looking to do top notch service.

Thanks for the input guys.

Does the video show the same methods as what in in the pdf?

I was given a 9FT connelly table for free, I'm in it for $300 (LOL) for the floor carpet....I'm looking at simonis 860 (non HR) and it will the first time so, I would love to see the video, but since that won't happen, does the PDF procedure match closely to the video?

I've done years of work working and I'm an electronics engineer, so comments about have a "pro" doing it are not needed......I have a Starrett Machinists level and a straight edge to level the slates and the table itself.

So with that, will that put me in good shape? I've watched a few videos on youtube and it all sound similar on how to do it......I would prefer to avoid land mines if I could......thanks for any help you folks can provide.....:)
