Maybe this was asked before, but I can't find it. How can you tell if a "sledgehammer" break/jump cue was made in china? I'd like to get another one, but don't want one of the asian models. I want one made by Mike Gulyassy. The older models would be fine cause thats what I've had, but again, I don't want an asian imported model.

Damn straight (no pun intended)!@#

Went through TWO original made in China shafts, before sending the entire cue back, to have Mike put a new pin, and then a "custom" shaft for $70 dollars that I've been very happy with for years now.

First shaft warped in a few months, second in a few weeks. And I mean big wobble, not something that could be considered in anybodies head.

To date, I'm very satisfied with the cue and their service, and feel like a valued customer.

I also would do business with Mike again, if it came up.

I have won I bought on ebay. I payed $180 (or around that). It's the older modle. Will sell for $150. Hit's like a piece of steel, I prefer my Predator BK and the spongy fell I get with it.
