I would think any company can put its logo on anything.
I don't see any extra value, unless perhaps your dad worked at snap-on, or it was a famous company that is no longer in business.....for example if you see vintage Duesenberg logo pool balls, but them.

Yeah, I don’t think they’re ‘collectable’.. made in
China, probably the same as those sports team
balls. I have some Snap-On tools, but it ain’t
worth the space!
 
All that Snap-on merch are/were freebies when you buy designated tool sets or kits.

Some of it, like Sure-Fire flashlights or Leatherman multi-tools, are great quality. Most of it, not so much.
 
Is the logo just painted on the surface or is it part of the ball like the numbers? If just painted on, I would consider the set to be degraded.
 
This looks like a mid range or higher Aramith set going by how the numbers look. Would be a nice set for a collector of those things.
