Go South - If you hit Mexico you have gone too far :)

Hmmm...actually that depends on what part of Mexico you talking about...I would not consider Cancun going too far...;)

I'm sure this has been posted before but I can't seem to find it.

What's the Sunday tourney at Kolby's like?

Rated? Entry Fee? Starting time? Turn out?

Thanks.

It is pretty good. 8 and under race to handicap minus 3 $11 entry - it starts at 2:00. Turn out is pretty good every Sunday.

I believe they just started an Open tourney on Saturday at 2:00 as well. Race to handicap minus 3. Not sure about the turnout on that one. I haven't been to it yet.

I won a 9 ball tournament at Main Street Billiards last night in Mesa, Arizona. It was a 7(rating) and under. Rece to handicap minus 3. I went undefeated through the whole thing. It felt really good. The thing that felt the best was I was able to close out my matches when I had the chance to. I have been working hard on my mental game lately and it paid off last night. Instead of attempting a shot that was makeable but not smart I played the safe and smart.

Matches went like this - 4-2, 4-1, 4-1, 4-1, finals 4-0

By the way I LOVE MY NEW SCHON! I just got it last Wednesday and a couple more wins it will be paid off :)

I would also like to thank BigCat (Ray) and CocoboloCowboy for the tips and pointers you gave me over the last few weeks. I cannot leave out Scott Lee either. I got a lesson from him a couple months ago that has helped me as well. He thought me a number of things - most importantly (to me anyways) is to finish my stroke.

That's nothing. I won at least, oh, four tournaments yesterday :D

j/k Good job. Feels good to look around the room and realize you were the best, doesn't it?

I have a vision at the NEXT AZ Rating Committee Meeting BVal become an 8:D

Geez - another vision - self induced perhaps? (Cactus buttons, bad mushrooms, hot noxious air from the Democratic primaries, etc etc)

Consider sharing that vision inducing stuff with me!

Brady-mucho congrats

(It must be that new cue;) )
