Yeah, there's quite a few interesting articles. I just got wind of it this morning. I'm going to be following this in the future. It seems to be very current on what is happening in the pool world!

Didn't have a chance to read any of the articles, but it sure does look great and informative. Even a section exclusively for one-pocket, are you kidding me? Thanks for sharing!

I am impressed so far. I like the idea that they also include recreational shooters, leagues, and the like. The ads are actually fun to peruse.

Here is the website ---> HERE

I'm going to be following this one. It is fresh and innovative.

I visit

I visit but it seems that most of the content is taken from other sources and pawned off as there own. Good people(members) on there but the moderator of the page just doesn't have the knowledge to keep things interesting. He has the same lame post. What do you think of Kamui, what about a mens tour, How about the apa. and many more of the industries dead horses.
Its obvious that the owner of the site is trying to copy AZ and also use the SPM to try and form a Brand so he could sell T-shirts and chalk and sticks with there logo on it. Its funny reading cause he tells you that he is trying to get 5000 followers on the page so he could build his brand. He has a vision of SPM being a major player in the industry but he gave a cue to a guy and talked about it for a month. I would have sent it back. He even said he didn't have money for shipping so would any of the members pay for shipping. So he got someone to pay to ship a free cue to a guy who could not afford one. Nice gesture but he kept rubbing it in over and over that he gave a cue away to a member. If i do you a favor I would thing it would be in bad taste to keep bringing it up to you that I gave you a stick. THere are some good guys on there but the Mod is just dosent have what it take to keep things fresh.

Forgot to tell you that you are not allowed to discuss gambling. WTF

The guy Garrett who runs that is a crook. I know of several members that he has asked to borrow money. He also sent nude pics to one of the members wife while they where going through a divorce.

I Was Banned!!!

I will not be waisting my time on this nonsense any longer!!!!!!!!

I dont actually know these people in real life and can care less!!!!!!!

First and foremost, that's some funny stuff above. Lol. Someone there might want to research professionalism IF this is true.

In my truly honest opinion, I think SPM is utilizing FB in the best way they can and that they have folks writing for them that have information that the entry level, intermediate as well as some but not as much for the higher level folks. That being said, if you are a higher level player, cuemaker, or whatever role you probably aren't their target audience (IMO) other than for business regarding ads.

Its reach is a lot more than you'd think though. The person that is on FB all of the time doesn't have to go anywhere to see what's going on. They CAN do it EASILY from their iPhone/Android phone without crashing while browsing (maybe my issue here lol). The content is open to comments of just about any type.

I was asked to take part in SPM, what I will say regarding that is what was asked to do for SPM, was not anything I am interested in spending my little valuable spare time doing.

First and foremost, I have a wife and kids, a full time career, as well as a business dealing cues and running tournaments.

I will say that if I were to spend my time elsewhere, it would be in a more developmental and proactive role with my knowledge and skills.

Overall, it's a positive venue for the Billiards industry that I think is flourishing with the younger/middle aged and entry-mid level player.

I have no clue regarding the experience of the administration of the page. If I were them I'd find a better method to fund small expenses related to the business and not necessarily keep such an open book, IF the things I've heard are the case. This is coming from a known brutally honest no filter kind of guy.

It's a newer page and publication that just needs a little fine tuning in short. Their reach is far in regards to their target audience.

PS- The FB pages are flourishing in regards to forums and I see more and more good folks there from here everyday. I've also seen less traffic in some parts of the forums here in return. Using FB does feel a bit easier at times and it is nice to see people in a less anonymous way. I use all and plan to continue that.

They get cues for free. He's publicly said this on SPM. They call it RAK like The Chive, meaning Random Acts of Kindness. I love The Chive, just don't have the time for it much because I can sit there looking at it all day. Lol.

These are a few RAK's from The Chive.

I am Sneaky Pete Mafia.

So the questions I have and statement I have to make is this.
Zack "Do you know me to be a crook or merely suspect it?" There is a big difference between the two. I have created a magazine, A website, have a staff that I pay, A page, A group and we are on many social media networks. Our last issue came out late but we are in a much better place now. That was a bad mistake in judgment on my part and I am being honest with you all here as that is all I can do. Yes I did do what I was accused of. Sad thing is when I met her through FaceBook I did not know who she was. According to her she was divorced and we started flirting, which lead to an exchange of pictures. I later came to find out that she was married and that indeed I knew him closely. I felt like an ass and although he accepted my apologies and forgave me I could not undo what was done. I feel like shit but use this as a learning lesson to not trust people over the internet so to speak. It was a mistake and cost me the friendship. Now we are in a much better place and are trying to help the pool community unite under a single roof.

I have to call BS on your statement that you did not know who she was. The woman in question and her marriage to the still unnamed man was well known by everyone. If in fact he was the great friend that you claim him to have been. He is a member here on AZB. Perhaps we should ask him to verify this account of the Nudie pic sending....

I will not be wasting my time with kind of nonsense any longer

Can I just ask what business is it of ours that adults are exchanging pictures? You have to PRESUME that if adults are flirting with each other and sending racy pics then it's probably consensual on both sides. And if it's consensual what business is of ours if one or both sides are married. It's not like married people don't ever do things like that. Some do and some don't. So what?

To put this business on the street is pretty tasteless as far as I see it.

BTW I only send nudie pics to my enemies.....I know they won't post them for me. :-)
