sorry about the duplicate posts,but i couldn't edit the title.
cue is for Snowmon,not Deacon.just returned home from buffing and polishing this one,turned out nice.i apologize for the dark and fuzzy pics,but it is too dark in my room.i lost a bulb and don't have any replacements on hand.anyway it is straight grain Cocobolo into super straight grain Maple.the blank was exceptional as the Maple has 30+ growth rings per inch and the grain is straight as well.it also was under .900" and about .135in the butt,not much to cut really.in fact the cutter didn't even touch the middle of the cue until the third cut(compund taper).anyway it turned out well.the shafts is one of Eric and Wes's Diamond grades with about 20rpi and a yellow micarta ferrule.thnaks for the awesome shaftwood guys,it is a little dark in color,but i like it like that.
