Bought the 10 ft Brunswick gold crown 1 snooker table off eBay for $155. I bought it because of the beads , sticks and Brunswick snooker balls. I'm driving the 400 so miles now to meet the lady at 8 am as promised. My ?'s are Do I donate it so I do not have to move it? Sell it for 300? Part it out (probably most profitable) sell my updated gold crown 2 9 footer for 2k And have real king cobra set this up in my garage?

Thanks for your advise.

Keep the damn thing, Bark.
Keep a look-out for two more sets of rails......
...it can be a snooker, pool, or 3-cushion table.

A couple of things to ask yourself

1. Do you want a 5 x10 snooker table and have the room for it

2. are you happy with your 9 ft GC2 and does it play like you want it too

3. It will cost you some coin to have Glenn set up the Snooker table , and fix whats wrong with it , recover , tweak adjust , find new rails if you want as a pool table . so is it worth putting the money into because by playing on it and enjoying it is the only way it will be worth the money , probably will never sell it for what you will have in it ( after doing everything you want to do with it )

Its up to you if it were me and i already had a good GC2 i dont know that i would sink any money into this one , probably can easily double your investment on it if not a lil more , table would probably easily bring 500 like it is to the right buyer

Just some food for thought

If I was anywhere close I would definitely take it off of your hands. I've been looking for one around my neck of the woods for a while now.

I'd love to have a 10ft pool table so if it were up to me, I'd sell the 9 ft and have RCK set this up as an awesome playing 10 ft. If you have the space and patience, it would be a dream come true (at least for me). Either way, good luck with your decision. I'd love to see pics if you go that route.

A month or so back I got the idea of buying a 10ft snooker table and converting it a pool table but did some research and sent several PMs to Glen here as well. What I learned is this..

There is more to 'converting' a snooker table than meets the eye. It would cost a nice bit of coin (north of $2500-3k) to get the table converted correctly in order for it to play correctly as well.

However, for $155 and if I had the room I'd setup both tables.

If I could find a $155 10 foot table I would buy it and pay the 3K to have glen convert it. I would do that right now, today, as in I would take it off your hands for $155. Where do you live?

Keep it

Keep it - if you don't have room to set it up just yet, store it till you do. It is a great table. Drive safe and good luck!

Let the lady keep the table and have the balls/beads/cues shipped to you since that is what you really wanted. Then she can relist it and sell the table again to net more money for herself.

Ooops...I see you already left.Still might be your best play if she will do it and you won't kill the truck.

I am on the other side of the planet but can and will arrange pickup and payment should you agree to sell the item.
PM me to discuss.

Sell it to your local poolroom and have tighten the pockets. They can make a lot of money getting a daily Golf game going.
