So what is your favorite pool tip?

It seems alot of people are using the kamui tips? What's so special about them? I guess I'll have to try one to see what all the hypes about. I've had good results from the everest and now the emerald tip.
 
Triangle for me they hold chalk great they last and are low maint....Had moori med don't like the hard hit.... Everest will be next. Just my 2 cents
 
Depends on the cue, not all tips work on all cues, the hardness or softness of a tip has to match the hit and feel of the cue, I knew about this for years, JA really taught me what to look/feel for. He sure was right, the right pairing of tip to cue makes a huge difference. Saying one tip is perfect for everything is like saying one kind of tire is all thats needed, sometimes you need soft compound slicks, other times you need hard tires, or nobby tired in the mud. It took me years to learn this.

I like this post Fatboy!! This is what I have found through trial and error! I had a Moori medium on my cue and it was just to hard or pingy!! Have since switched to a Kamui soft and it totally changed the way my cue hits and feels! The tip hasn't mushroomed over the last 3 weeks like I thought it might!! Like Fatboy says, experiment with different tips! I thought it was my cue until I found the right tip for my liking!!

Tiger hard and Black Jack Hard works well for me. Easy to draw and good cue ball control. I would try Hirano Hard the next time around.

Ferrari tires would not make any car drive better then standard tire?
 
In the past Morri Mediums. Recently, I've switched to Infinity Black Mediums and I like them, think there made by Adam but not so easy to find. I'm also using a Tad Medium on one cue, no complaints but it's closer to a hard tip. Will probably switch to Kamui next time around.
 
for a while it was only le pro's, but i couldnt get them to keep their shape. switched to a triangle and will never go back
