So who all is going to the Super Billiards Expo?

When you leave the main entrance, instead of turning RIGHT and then LEFT towards the Sheraton, you would turn LEFT and go about 2 or 3 blocks. It's on the right-hand side, kind of up on a small hill. It was a light-colored building, and it looked almost brand new.
Check out the background of this photo of Jimmy Reid. That's what the outside of the hotel looks like, surrounded by a parking lot with plenty of spaces. This particular hotel never filled up last year, and it was the best bang for the buck. Clean nice rooms, full kitchen and living room area. Can't beat it (IMO).

How does the Raddison Bar at 7:00Pm sound for a get together?
The bar at the Scanticon is smaller, so the Raddison would be better.

That would be the Homestead Studio Suites. I stayed there last year. Cheap and a nice little suite. I'm still getting about 2 junk emails from them every month, I should have used somebody else email. ;-)
I'll probably be going up the first day and check out the cues the dealers have for sale,I wouldn't want to miss anything! and besides it's a thursday

AND there's no traffic getting to and from the Convention Center, unlike the other lodging facilities. It's a straight shot. You could almost walk it if it was a nice day!
'Bout the tournaments, here is the entry form with the multiple tournaments:
Super Billiards Expo Tournament Entry Form
There is no mention of the pro event on this form to send in the monies. I believe the entry fee for this one is 500 bucks.
There is an amateur/pro tournament on the bar box with a $300 entry fee. The other four tournaments are a $75 entry fee: Amateur Open, Womens, Juniors, and Seniors.
Lots of tournaments.
Then there's that action table!

I can't wait to see the gorgeous cues from the makers, meet some great cuemakers, watch high stakes gambling/woofing, see ol' Earthquake and get a pic... the list goes on...
Btw - I had enough points for 3 nights free at the Hilton that is 2.6 miles away. Unfortunately too far away to walk..
Anyone have a hookup on car rental??

Really! I never noticed that place. When you said "up on a hill", I immediately thought The Park Ridge 'cause it's all by its lonesome and kinda with walking distance to the Expo. It's amazing how that area exploded with development over the years.
Geez, I remember when the King of Prussia Plaza was a Sears and an E. J. Korvettes.

Hey, do you remember the name of the restaurant that has the great "build your own" pasta "buffet"? I always forget the name--I think it's located near the check-in desk in the lobby of the Radisson.
