So who is buying Matchroom Sports WNT LIVE streaming?

Re the FF/RW. They don't work so well with live matches. Sometimes it works, but more often than not, the video skips to live. Some another thing for MR/WNT.TV to work on.

I tried canceling DAZN for past 2 year's subscription. Literally can't because they just send me to another person to work on my continuing.

I charged back their unauthorized fee the past 2 years...so I can watch for free.

I'm ready to signup to WNT now.... I support Matchroom as they continue to take over pool globally because nobody does it better.
 
I just used wnttv to watch Shane vs Drago on my iPad on a plane. The experience was excellent.

The webpage is well organized to find matches. The player controls work well. Fast forward, rewind, and scrub work great on prior day posted matches.

On live stream matches, rewind only goes as far as 20 sec back, and no scrub. Not a dealbreaker to me.

The computer experience was also excellent.

I did not try on a phone.

I bought just the month to try. I’ll be getting the whole year. I personally had no issues with dazn, but this is clearly better because it’s all pool, and cheaper.
 
Btw, I just cancelled my monthly subscription. I could not see a way to change it to yearly. I’ll just do the yearly separately.

Canceling took about 15 seconds. It was easy as pie. It also shows after canceling I still have access until later in march. I’ll do the yearly then.

I did it under the acct section of the website. Mentioning this as cancelling was a big issue with dazn.

I bought it yesterday. First thoughts, it's kinda bare. There is no app, you get 3 tables for the euro open. T1 has commentary. There is no multi view like the Red zone channel. But I guess it's only $10 for now
 
After subscribing to DAZN since the start of Matchroom's WNT, I can say without hesitation that the launch of WNT TV has taken the coverage of the WNT back into the stone age. You are once again a prisoner of whatever device you use and the clock on the wall. Want to watch the entire stream - you'd better be watching when the event starts because you cannot scroll back to the beginning for that day. Repays - after 4 days of the European Open there are only 25 matches currently available to view with only 1 from the round of 32 and 3 from the round of 64. The rest are early round blowouts. There are only 15 matches left in the tournament. Considering the WNT events are staged all over the world, these restrictions are complete showstoppers.

Look I realize DAZN was a pricey product with WNT being almost an afterthought to them, but you could watch the entire production of each day's action up to a week later. They also had an app you could either download directly to your TV or through ROKU to watch an event on any TV. You could also tune in when it was live and easily roll it back to the start. I was initially excited when Matchroom announced WNT TV, but after seeing what they rolled out this week for the European Open, it was a complete disappointment on multiple fronts and unacceptable in today's world. Unfortunately, this product seems to fit right into the current state of professional pool, the WPA, and the WNT - a future with great promise that turns out to be a complete mess.

given that they've already made some changes, i think the devs are listening to fan complaints. i expect it to improve, maybe even after PLP. send in your opinions
 
I sent one of the tech support people a link to this thread. Keep the comments coming, what you like and don’t like.
 
If you're using a device with an HDMI port (laptop) you can connect it to a similar port on your TV and it works fine. Very little picture degradation, but a very caveman like solution.
 
The browser on Google‘s streamer on a different tv worked. I still have a roku hooked to my avr and fire tv. Going to try that tomorrow.
 
Has anyone tried using an iPad to watch wnttv? I’ve tried 3 different browsers on mine but all that loads is a blank white page.
 
Today I tried to replay the Maciol/Oi semi. I kept getting

Time after time after time. Had to almost logout to get it up again.
