much much would be to order one of those PJ?
Buyer beware. He owes me and 10 other AZ members cues. I'll take any posted here in exchange for the $400 that I paid you.
I like your style, like you said very simiple but also very very nice.
Thanks for sharing
Mervin and Bebot are really good guys. It is so sad that the other guy ripped off the money and therefore made them look bad.
Finances being what they are in the Philippines, it is very difficult for them to survive and make good on those promisses that the other guy made in a fast manner. It sucks but I'm sure that Mervin will come through.

Your numerous attempts at busting this man's sales aren't going to get you your refund any sooner.
It's obvious from the threads that I've read (and many others have read as well) that mErVIN didn't
take your money but he's the one you've decided to blackmail.
My response to you would be quite simple.
You gave your money to the 'general'. You want a refund, see the 'general'.

KJ,
I'm not sure of your background here, but if you allow someone to broker new product for you, they become an agent of yours. You are responsible for fulfilling the deals they broker. If they cheat you, you need to break your deal with them and recover any losses from the broker.
Seperating from the broker does not eliminate you as a responsible party. This is why cuemaker's in general do not like bringing in a salesman who asks for cues and guarantees high dollar sales, if they can get free or cheap cues first.
This is why all ~10 of us have a legitimate issue with Bebot Bautista. If this would have happened locally, I would be suing and winning my money back. Remember, the_general promoted himself as a representative of their company. This is different than retail where the retailer assumes responsibility for not delivering.
I don't need to find les. Bebot Bautista or Mervin need to find him.
Let me be clear, I'm raising this issue because I see no reason why this would not happen again. . .Eddie Wheat. . .and others. Bebot Bautista has huge protections from legal action as they do not fall under US law and would be hard to take action against.
This is a market issue. BB cues uses the AZ market to sell cues because the sell for much more that they do locally. They must build a customer base. They were doing ok here under the_general. Now they have left a group of customers hanging. Some are being made, but I have never received any details about progress on my cues. My cues were supposed to be in the middle of construction when this blew up. What happened to the cues?
I have dealt with other international makers and continue to hold them in the highest regard. Mervin, please raise yourself to this level. Do not let this internal battle(between BB and the_general) hurt your overseas marketing.
