Some Help Finding out who this cuemaker is (?)

Its a nice traditional 4 pointer 3 veneered cue with leather wrap,i believe delrin buttcap and a 3/8 10 brass pin i believe,the letters MC together on the butt cap are my clue to the maker but i havent seen any that look like it on cues on here,let me know if you guys have any ideas,thanks.
 
here is another version of the MC that Mike Cochran uses.. but since you said they are side by side.. i doubt its him.. but i will post the pic anyways...

Could it possibly be a McDermott or an older McDaniel cue?
 
check out jazznpool's site westerncue.com He carries some of his plain janes. I forgot the story on why he no longer uses that logo. He makes a good stick. Several of us in the bay area play w/ a Morris.

Longtime CA. cuemaker, Ned Morris makes some great looking and feeling cues. Several years ago, wanting to make a jump cue using a leather tip, Ned invented the Stealth Jump Cue.

IMO, nationally-speaking, Ned is not too well-known of a cuemaker, but he is right up there with other "top shelf" cuemakers. For that reason, he's still what I would consider underrated. You seem to mostly see either plain-jane players cues or fancy ones....not a lot of mid-range (work-wise)....at least that's been my experience. Ned's cues are known for their great play, and that is true even on his fanciest cues. One thing is for sure.....that man is not afraid to use ivory !!!!
