sopcast no work

I've downloaded sopcast and evidently don't have a program for running it. What program is used for running it? Keep in mind I'm computer illiterate!

By the way, I'm using windows XP, I believe it is.

I had to uninstall it, and reinstall it...
go to the website and re download it... from the USA site....
it is like the 4th one down the list, I think...

It does not require another program to run.....

For one thing, there are no live matches going on right now. They don't start till 2:30am here in the U.S.

After you download it, a wizard will pop up asking you to download or install something else. It was very confusing for me. However, I did have to download two different things to get the Sopcast player to work.

Then you have to register with a user name/password/e-mail.

After that, look for a CHANNELS button. Then choose ESPN Sports.
