SOS: Need Help Editing AZ Screen/Ribbon

I need to rearrange a list and make it "stick". The list is in a ribbon below the flashing advertisement on the "second" page. The list reads:

"Following > Latest Activity > Social > Media > Forum list "

Can someone please help me.

I have no idea what you're talking about or what you're trying to do. I suspect you don't use the same view/features of the forums that I use.

Maybe this will help: I "watch" the forums I'm interested in -- about seven of them. I have a link that goes immediately to my watched forums, where they are listed and bolded if they have new content.
