South West Cue Question

You are right. I only have a few posts and was really looking for opinions. I went to a cue show in Baltimore in 1992 and decided to order the cue in 1993. Between ordering it and receiving it in 1999, I purchased a Bender that I was playing with when my SW arrived. I decided to never hit the SW.

Laurie wouldn't like that. She claims her cues are made to be played with and not collector items.

All cue makers are going to say that -- but her prices these days don't reflect it.

Also to add to the original poster, you waited a lil over 6 years to get your cue. The wait is now over 12 years and growing. Number of SW cues made a year has really slowed down from 300+ a year to slightly over 100. I have no fact basis for my statement, but I could see them being done in the relative near future.

Whatever path forward, you're in an enviable position with a really great cue!!
As was said before... You will likely never, ever, see another one like it that is un-hit. Wow.

To the OP.
Unless you really really need the money, don't sell it.
Hold on to it.
This cue is not for sale.
