Thanks James...I was thinking the same thing. I've had some inquiries, and a couple of trade offers but I'd rather just cash out on this one. This one is loaded, and still available.
 
I think this wood / veneer combo is as good as it gets from Southwest. Very rich & subtle. And it's available from a seller who's as good as they get.
