I just entered via paypal myself. I included the info in the "notes" section so I didn't have to send in the separate form.

Very Little Response

I've had very little response to the other thread I posted asking players to let the promoters know what they want in the way of a tournament and why so few signed up for this one.

They can't provide a tournament to your liking if nobody responds

If so few players respond, then I guess that can be taken as a sign that nobody wants a tournament like this?
