8-Ball or 9-Ball, Double or Triple Elimination

I just got an email from the BCA about this tournament and now I'm confused. The email said it is 9-ball and double elimination and I look on the www.playbca.com, Upcoming Events and it shows 9-ball and double elimination.

On the SWEL website it shows 8-ball, triple elimination. Can someone help clear up the confusion?

Just got the same e-mail! Can we play in all of them.
 
Is there a masters division? And if so how many are anticipated. I would love to come and play but I made a trip Dallas once and there was like 11 players.

I could be wrong but i take it that its a race to 5 and if you are a Master you race to 7. I could be wrong but i think they are doing this because of limited amount of Master players.

Format: 8-ball, Triple elimination, race to 5 (Masters to 7)

The info on the flyer and what is printed here in post #1 is correct.

The format is 8 ball race to 5

There is a Master Division and they have to go to 7

Ray,

For anyone that wants to match up there will usually be a few tables open and more as we get further into the brackets.

There will also be minis as soon as table availability allows.

For Anyone that wants to match up on a big table, G&B Billiards is less than 100 feet away and Stix II is also nearby. There is another pool hall in town with 9 footers but I don't recommend them.

Hello all,
My name is Ric Jones, my crew will be bringing in Diamond tables for this event. We will also run the event. We need everyone to at least show up for a meeting on Saturday evening to discuss the future of pool tournaments in Texas. My staff will be there to hear everyones concerns and what you would all like in future events. We will be handleling the Texas BCAPL State and SWEL tournaments. We must make these tournaments bigger and better, that is my goal
