Sorry for the delay. I would love to play, if you and the Mrs. can get down there on Thurs. I'm working on travel plans of my own! LOL
I know Moni and I can ride together, and Mike come down on Fri. evening.
Just need to iron out the details.
I think it will be a blast!!!

I can ride with either one of my dear friends. We do have league in Dallas that Thurs, before we head out. Usually done between 10 or 11. Still trying to figure out how to get my truck home, for Mike to take on Fri.
We just don't wanna end up in Temple with 2 trucks.

If you sent your entry in via the mail it may arrive tomorrow or Monday and once confirmed, you will be added.

If you signed up today or tonight via PayPal, you will be added once it is confirmed.

Now that it's too late to make the deadline, can we now announce a limit and keep taking entries? Please!

It's great that we can have the tournament without the expense of bringing in table and without having to rent a building!!

Has the structure changed any? Will there be vendors? Cue repair, sales etc....

I heard the E Center isn't "Rented".... but I could be wrong. But I thought that's why several events (BCA, ACS) were holding events there... cuz it was free. It doesn't sound feasible... so if I'm wrong, someone will let me know and then I can edit this post. LOL!

It's no longer at the E-center Melinda. If the E-Center lowered or eliminated the "rent" they would make up for it with $4 beers etc....

The Green Room currently is BYOB! This is a big plus for us drinkers.

Also the format was tentative until the number of entries was established. What will the format be?

We need accurate information so it doesn't hurt the event. I'm not trying to be nosy, I'm trying to help. I think it's vital that the correct information gets out.

I know it's moved. Duh! I was saying the E Center wasn't rented - it was free. So, what does that have to do with this place?

I think having this backup is plan is awesome and I am glad they are still holding the event!

Earlier it was mentioned that the format might change depending on the number of entrants. I was wondering what the plan was.

This final nformation needs to be announced. IMO

The E-Center was free? Wow that's huge. I wonder how they could afford to do that? The A/C alone had to be expensive.

The- E-Center could only afford to be free if 200-300 of us showed up. The Green Room can afford to provide the building for free for 40-50 players. The tables, food & sodas should cover their nut just fine.

also - Are we gonna go with the current numbers or are we gonna go ahead and accept entries until the tourney starts?
