Everyone that posted here had it right, especially Bigtruck's tombstone ! Seriously, Ray is just trying to give all the smaller fish a chance in these events.
Everyone was very friendly at The Green Room. I got to meet Ted and Larry? anyway they were both great and good for pool.
Good to see some old faces and several new ones. I found out the hard way that the Cracker Barrel in Harker Heights opens up today, not Sunday.
Here is what I think about the SWAT and the Green Room...:joyful:
To Tracie: I told you you got a better partner for doubles...way to go ya'll.

LOL! Give me a break! I took about 400 photos at BCA Texas State tournament for the singles division. That's a bar table tournament.

Your pics at the events are great, good playing too, awesome event hope they well be able put on more than one event a year:thumbup:

The Green Room
Thanks to all the players and sweaters who visited The Green Room this last weekend. It was our first tournament of any size and we didnt quite know what to expect but the players made it much easier on us than it might have been. Everyone was wonderful and the nicest group of people ive seen in a very long time. I was only gone for about 3 hours this weekend and i dont recall a squabble at all. Any problems were resolved respectfully without incident.
Your TD is a great guy and super easy to work with. All in all, it was a breeze except for the long hours.
It was our pleasure to be there for you players as an alternate spot, we hope we can do it again.
Thanks to all who had nice words for The Green Room, when you put a lot of work into something, sweet words always help.
Bottom line: a great weekend for the room, also for me personally as i made some new friends. We tried to make it a good experience for the players, i sure hope it was.

I noticed that you had room for more green in your reputation bar.
. We had a great time at The Green room. Y'all have some 'minor' tweaking, but hell, you've only been open a couple of weeks!! Great job!! Look forward to the next event!!

A big thanks to you Larry for working things out for the tournament on short notice.
I think a good time was had by all and I think it worked out to everyones benefit.
Hopefully this was the first of others to come.
