Nice clean shaft. Those are worth a lot and heck of a deal. Imagine how much the part that it's attach to is.

Sure, same as a Szamboti for instance. Did the shaft come 12.4 from SW or was it turned down by another cuemaker...

Excellent point, makes a huge difference. I have a southwest tapered 12.75 from southwest. Hits totally better than another one that I have that was taken down.

Did you just ask if a sw shaft has a sw taper?

LOL.

No telling what it looks like if it was "hand sanded" from 13 to 12.4, not saying it is or whatever but $takehor$e asked the right question.

Who took the shaft down? And what taper does it have now?

Reduced price

I bought the shaft from Don Sureman and had a local cue builder that does great work, turn it down to 12.5mm and put a new kamui black soft tip. The shaft is really nice. Price dropped to $250

Price drop, great deal!!!

Dropping the price to $225. I just recently paid $350 for this shaft and I put a new kamui tip on it. I need to round up some cash for the US Open. Lets get it gone

Any offers???

Geez, tough crowd!! No one needs a South West shaft in perfect condition with a brand new tip for $225 O.B.O.?

Hard to sell when not the original condition. 12.4 mm. Most people want 13 mm and a taper by sw. Might take a while but someone will want it.
