In the game of one pocket.... the Grady Rule is used in events.
Great Rule to Speed up tournament play.
It takes away having a large group of balls sitting at the head of the table in a pack, we call it the Varner Wedge.
Nicky even has been selling Wedge Tee Shirts.
Here's the Pro 9 Ball Meacham rule that the sport/game/pros/productions need.
Each Player Each Rack..... get's One roll out after the break when it's there turn at the table.
Now.... players will get the correct angle to break em open, and if they get hooked the can use their one roll out.
But the way it ''is'' now, they play shape for a safety, boring.
Nothing better than seeing someone go multiple rails and open up clusters and finish the rack.
