Spin applied during contact

So Dave,

You will write out that 167 word explanation & reasons why you will not simply do us ALL a favor & give your definition of exactly what you think a swipe/swoop stroke actually is.

Interesting.

Best Wishes,
Rick

Maybe he just doesn't want to take commands like a slave.

The straight center line of the cue stick is what you said, correct?

That's a moving cue, correct?

If the tips move in any direction that is not in line with the straight line movement of the stick would mean that the stick is NOT moving in a straight line.

This teeth pulling & crap is why I have no inclination to get into your games.

So you just like giving, and dislike getting the same back, huh? The only one playing games is you. Many have asked you a simple question- describe what a swoop stroke is, and when it would be useful to use it and how it can get more spin that a regular stroke. All your postings, and nothing but deflection, inuendos, and name calling. Nothing but non-answers.

Now you are trying to claim that any stroke that is not perfectly straight is a swoop stroke.

It's almost identical with Earl's shot, only more difficult with the CB/OB three times farther apart.

What's telling (as if we need to be told again) is that you don't see that.

You're focusing on the balls being separated farther apart & do not even seem to know what it is that Earl is doing.

It's not about making the ball.

Sure, he wants to pocket the ball, but it's NOT about that.

He could almost not care if the ball rattles in the pocket.

It's about the CUE BALL!

I just typed out something that would be a certain ban & changed it to this sentence.

I think his online life has not been fun since he migrated out of NPR and the aiming forums, now that a larger group of posters get to experience his "logic"

He should run back to NPR, and ....well you know.

I suspect he's circling the drain as we speak.

Oh, because I did not come off the 4th rail as much as Earl? You do know the TAR table is under hot TV lights, and my table with cloth that is 5 years old is in a basement.

You claim to be a pool player, do you think conditions matter?

Can't wait for your next logical reply.

In other words, just as your sig line says, you can't be civil on here. Why not just tell us what the cb is doing? All the cb is doing is spinning. We all can see that. Just what is it that you claim is there that we don't already know?

Like DTR politely asked you to do something.

His insincere 'please' in one sentence was followed by a command like a master to a slave in his closing sentence.

My earlier comment was in error as I saw DTL & not DTR to represent DroptheRock which is his true moniker

Are you leaving?

Before you go, you going to take me up on my visit?

BTW I wanted to tell you that I could not find any historical evidence that the quote you have pictured was from Einstein. It actually was a quote from Winston Churchill.

I'm going to do myself a favor.

Pity that keyboard.

It must be smoking by now.

He's in a posting frenzy right now................posting here nonstop and 3-4 other threads at the same time. Changing sig lines on the fly..........I made the list, yay.

He's in DEAD PUNCH!!!
