I just came across this today. Its a synthetic cue tip from Australia. I've been thinking about such a product for a few years now. Anyone ever heard or tried such an animal? Thinking about getting some and giving them a go.

FYI you youngsters, the original scuffer, brad was created for plastic type composite tips that actually worked if scuffed. It was created because they lasted longer than leather, business owners of bars liked that idea during those earlier years. Here's a pic of mine I still use and had acquired it in the sixties/Chicago area.

spinster tips

I have bunch of those tips, its a great concept, It worked very well with the exception of drawing the ball, ive put a dozen on for people in the league to try all with the same results, very very tough to get any draw out of them. But what I tried was a lepro cut flat then a spinster chalk less tip on top, it did draw back, not as much as a normal tip, but some. It really messed up my preshot routine not having to chalk the tip. If you want to try one pm me your info and ill send you some.
