I agree that the rules are a little funky...plus that little cue ball is hard to follow and makes it harder to aim the object ball to the pocket, but I always say to myself that if I'm playing by the same rules as my opponent, then game on.Those rules (crappy, imho) makes it a bad risk, then.
It's a fun shot, for sure. It doesn't come up that often so wth, go for it.

Only in blackball rules. Potting both balls would be classed as a foul under world rules. But I do see where you're coming from.
