This wasn't directed at me but are you actually reading the thread? It does indeed mean he is a scammer if he is listing it without disclosing the significant issues. And guess what, per his very own words he listed the shaft on ebay, and there is/was no shaft on ebay notating this type of issue, so that is in fact exactly what he did, he put it on there without disclosing the problems so he can scam somebody who thinks they are receiving a shaft with no issues and who are going to be in for a rude surprise once they receive it.
Once he got caught and exposed for it he is of course trying the ole "I never meant that it is already on there for sale, even though that is exactly what I said, I just meant that I'm going to put it on there eventually, you know, like one of these days, somewhere down the road, in the future at some point". And while he hasn't said it yet, at some point he is of course also going to claim "and when I do list it, you know, in the future, one of these days, somewhere down the road, of course I will be fully disclosing the problems with it, of courrrrse I would". Scammer got busted in the act.
