Stack leather wrap.

Maybe you could call Pay Pal and ask them about it. Maybe show them the pics and explain it to them and they might can help. Good luck.

Is this a joke?

You need to name some names, Whoever did that deserves to have their reputation sullied. I had a cuemaker out here in the PNW (Paul Allers) do one for me on a Scruggs. It was awesome.

I know people want this guy outed but I think you're doing the right thing by reaching out and giving him a chance to refund your money first. Sometimes things don't work out for any number of reason and as long as he makes good on it that's all you can expect.

Now if he doesn't make it right...he should be brought forth.

If he fails to respond you also have recourse through paypal for receiving a product that was not as advertised or expected. As long as you didn't gift the payment.

you can go to your Paypal account to see the transaction details,
go to the 'Resolution Center' to dispute the transaction.

update

Just an update, the cue builder got in touch with me and refunded his work.

I had a black leather done by Tiger at least 8 years ago - although the shiny finish has worn off, the wrap is still perfect. I prefer the worn version - less sticky and provides the perfect feel and grip.

Stack leather is really durable - far more durable than any leather wrap I've owned. I can have Tiger refinish it at any time and it will look like new again.

Below is a pic from 2006 when it was first installed. It looks the same now but no longer shiny.

I got my BK2 back.
Ryan aka RatCues from Muellers installed it.
Before anyone says anything I know the wrap is worth more than the cue.Lol
I just wanted something a little different & wanted the color of the wrap to match the color of the panther. Ryan did a good job & these pic's do his work no justice.
I can't get my photo bucket to down load ?
