Ridethebuss did a trade with xander about a month ago. He shouldve realized it was him if he talked to him over the phone. If he used a different number each time then I could understand.

Sorry you got taken.
I would never trade without escrow or getting the trade first. If somebody proposes a trade then they ship first period. Scott Sherbine handles trade escrow for a free as would most established cue makers.

When making deals of any kind.......

This is how I see it. If your new or not sure who your doing your deals with, ask the members who have been around for awhile. Use your common sense, look for the people doing the deals on the wanted for sale section. Even if you don't know them I'm sure if you PM them and ask about the person who your dealing with. If you can't find out any info use escrow or don't do the deal. If your making deals with big time $$$$ speak the hell up ask questions. It's your money, if the person your trading with doesn't like that your asking questions about their credibility DON'T DO THE DEAL....You have to ask questions, or your gonna get burned....That's my 2 cents.:idea2::idea2:

I wasnt going to bring this thread back to the top myself but since its close ill just let everyone know that ridethebuss did send me a pm apologizing about jumping the gun so that matter has been squashed. I also spoke to those who know him and its 100% confirmed all the way around that he delt with someone besides myself. These kinds of things are aggravating but it does happen and those responsible should and will eventually pay for their actions. It probably wont be the last time so everyone needs to be on their toes and like a lot of people have said, even if its a person with a high itrader it never hurts to actually talk on the phone or double check with another member to verify everything is on the up and up.

Sorry to all those who had to sweat this and have their threads pushed back and just to give this thread some legitimacy ill give someone a deal on this Rick Howard cue...:thumbup:

Its in great shape overall but it does have a lift at the joint when rolled separate, when rolled together neither tip leaves the table. Someone looking for a cue to flip this isnt it but someone looking for a player this is hard to beat. It has a 3/8x10 pin.
