I was just introduced to the CTE method and will be buying one of the DVD 2's when it comes out..

Saw the estimated delivery date to you, Stan, of December 18, 2013.

Are you taking orders yet? Paypal OK? Pricing?...you may have made that known, but I missed it.

If this happens before or after Christmas....it's still going to be my present to me.

There will be new ordering info on justcueit at some point next week.

The 2 disc set for DVD2 at 3 hours will remain at the same pricing of $39.
USA S/H will remain at $6
ALaska and Hawaii will be USA not INTERNATIONAL after the changes.
International S/H will increase by $3 to a total of $13. International shipping has literally doubled or more in many cases.

I have not encouraged preordering but there is a way to do this at this time.

Simply order DVD1 by PayPal and place in the NOTE SECTION that your order is actually for DVD2 and I will confirm your order as being for DVD2.

**DVD1 wil remain at $39 plus S/H until my supply is exhausted. Don't miss out your opportunity to still own DVD1. Once they're gone, they're gone forever! My supply is at less than 10% of my original shipment.

I received word today from DISC MAKERS that their production work is estimated to be complete on the 17 th. Then they ship to me.

I live in Thailand I require the item to be registered as well as a tracking number provided.
You may have to ask the Post Office for how much for these addition extras.
You can email me at gazman100@gmail.com
This is necessary as the item may or will go missing being Thailand.
Also hate to be a pain and having to post the above on the forum.

Gary,

I can do special shipping. Please send an email and I will check out any extra fees on an individual basis.

I do know that priority shipping for international by USPO is practically cost prohibitive. I am guessing at $50-$65, shipping alone.

I will check on your request. But any type of international shipping beyond standard is high.

During the past 3/4 years there has only been 1 USA order lost and 1 international order lost.
