Ok so most of the groundwork is done, building, permits, cues, all that stuff. But I am finding a real hard time figuring out what tables to buy. We arent looking to open for atleast 3-4 months. Brunswick is real helpful and can finance them. They also are really good on prices vs msrp. I also am looking at Diamond tables too. Mostly getting 7 foot tables for league and 2 or so 9 footers (small room). I cant find info on Kasson, Gabriel, or other tables. I am looking for the best table for the money, but also looking for the bang for the buck (money is tight as it is). Which tables would you suggest any why? Any contact info would be great. Thanks all you az room owners.

Depends on your demographic. If you want old timers that reflect on the past then get some old Brunswicks. If you want to look towards the future of pool then get all Diamonds.

I wouldn't even think of opening a room unless it had Diamond tables.

Diamond Is Probably Best As Some Said Older Players Dont Like Them Say They Bank Funny Brunswick Slates Dont Like To Stay Level Doweled Slates Would Be Nice

Good Luck

to anyone willing to open a room and do it their way now that things are tuff as they are.

It was a dream of mine since I was a kid and in 1993 I finally had my dream come true. It has ups and downs but its the life I chose and I will stay until the last ball is dropped.

Good Luck and may god bless your dream too!!!

With so many pool rooms closing around the country, one might question if buying used Diamonds and GC tables might not be a possibility. I see large lots of tables come available on the buy sell board all the time. Why finance at a higher price and long term cost when you could get good deals on 2-5 year old tables for about 1/2 retail or less? Keep your monthly nut down if at all possible. the largest room in Colorado back in the 90s was started in the 80's with used GC2s & GC3s. They are still using them.

There is an offer. I understand Diamond wants tables in commercial Pool Rooms is a bad way, so people can experence them, and then will want one at home.
