i'm here and I dont even know, the directors desk is hidden away, its just kinda rough this year with the change of venue-its more like a social gathering so for

Chad, the VP of Diamond told me on the phone a couple of days ago the bank pool tournament had 398 players, haven't talked to him about the players for the 1P yet.

Larry Nevel has just beaten Efren in the bank pool event, which, I believe, eliminates Efren. Shawn Putnam was beaten but still has a buyback left, so both Larry and Shawn are through to Round 10.

Also, Thorsten Hohmann played well in beating Bustamante, Rodolfo Luat beat Jeff Carter, so Thorsten, Luat, and also Shannon Daulton, who won his match, all advanced to Round 10.

Several matches are still in progress in the bank pool event, and it looks like it will go very, very late into the night if a champion is to be crowned tday as scheduled.

Thanks Glen! I haven't seen anything for the 1P either. I've tried the Inside Pool link to tournament brackets and for some reason it won't load for me. AZ has some completed matches posted but I think they are running into the original computer gitch issues that post-poned the matches yesterday which might prevent them from being able to post the information more quickly? Just taking a guess...
