As for interest in stats, Accu-Stats originally started as magazine of tournament stats. Only a few people bought it. Pat changed to video, and that was a product people would buy.

If you want your work to go anywhere, I think your best chance is with Matchroom. They already show some stats during matches. Maybe they would like to have more.
