Steal This C-2

What is the reason for using nylon as a wrap? Is the difference that much in cost?

Those cues would be much nicer without using fishing line as a wrap.

Most of the low end of the line of early McDermott cues came with the nylon wrap, not linen. I'm guessing why this one is this way.

I have a C-21 I bought in the early 80's, just wondering what the value is on it. I had two extra shafts made for it.

That C-2 looks real good for a cue that was not refinished in 25+ years. Good luck with sale.

Cortland?

The most expensive wrap out there I believe is Cortland, which is actually fishing line. I really have no preference, no wrap, nylon, leather, linen are all good, I know some people prefer linen and at the price of this cue one can afford to put on a new wrap if needed. I'm keeping my other C-2, these walnut cues seem to play fine.
